Launchpad Careers offers exclusively digital professional services — including CV rewrites, LinkedIn profile optimisation, cover letter writing, and interview coaching. No physical products are sold, manufactured, or shipped. All deliverables are digital documents sent electronically via email. Services are delivered within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Our working hours are 6:30am to 10pm (SAST), Monday to Sunday. Orders placed outside working hours will be attended to on the next business day.

Individual services (CV Rewrite, LinkedIn Profile Fix, Cover Letter, Interview Prep Guide, Coaching Session, Job Search Strategy, CV Tailoring, ATS Optimisation) include 1 round of revisions.

Packages: The Essentials and The Full Profile include 2 rounds of revisions. The Career Kit includes 5 rounds of revisions. The Job Hunter Pack includes 2 rounds of revisions.

All revision requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your documents. Revisions cover adjustments and improvements to existing content and do not include complete rewrites based on entirely new information provided after delivery.

All clients pay securely via PayFast — South Africa's leading online payment platform. We accept credit card, debit card, EFT, Instant EFT. Payment is made directly on our website by clicking Place Order on your chosen service — no payment links sent separately. Work begins as soon as payment is confirmed by PayFast. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are the final amount charged — no additional taxes or fees apply. International clients may also pay via PayFast using a credit or debit card.

Due to the digital and personalised nature of our services, the following refund terms apply:

Before work commences: A full refund may be requested within 24 hours of payment confirmation, provided work has not yet been started. Refund requests must be submitted via WhatsApp at +27 82 219 2256.

After work has commenced or been delivered: No refunds are issued once work is in progress or has been delivered. If you are dissatisfied with the delivered work, your included revision rounds will be used to address and resolve your concerns. We are committed to delivering work that meets the agreed scope.

Processing of approved refunds: Where a refund is approved, it will be processed back via the original payment method through PayFast within 5 to 7 business days.

Launchpad reserves the right to decline a refund request if work has already commenced or where the client has not made use of their available revision rounds.

Due to the bespoke and digital nature of our services, exchanges are subject to the following terms:

Before work commences: If you have paid for a service and wish to change to a different package, this may be accommodated within 24 hours of payment, provided work has not yet started. Any difference in price will be charged or refunded accordingly.

After work has commenced: Once work is in progress, service changes are not permitted. The original service paid for will be delivered in full.

Upgrades: Clients may upgrade to a higher-tier package at any time before delivery by paying the difference in price. Downgrading after work has commenced is not permitted.

Clients must provide accurate, complete and up to date information for us to work with. Launchpad is not responsible for the outcome of job applications. We optimise your documents to the highest standard but cannot guarantee job offers, interviews or any specific results. The quality of the final product depends in part on the information provided by the client.

Launchpad Careers is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act 4 of 2013.

Information we collect: We collect personal information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, contact number, CV content, employment history, and career details. Our free tools may collect uploaded documents solely for the purpose of generating scan results.

How we use your information: Your personal information is used exclusively to render the service you have paid for or requested. Emails collected through our free tools may be used to send relevant career tips, service updates, and promotional offers from Launchpad. You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp or replying to any email.

Storage & security: All information is stored securely. We do not store your payment details — all payment processing is handled entirely by PayFast, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We retain your information only for as long as is necessary to deliver your service and comply with legal obligations.

Third-party sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties, except as required by law or where necessary to deliver your service (e.g. PayFast for payment processing).

If a resolution cannot be reached directly, disputes may be escalated to PayFast for transaction-related matters in accordance with PayFast's merchant and buyer dispute process. Launchpad will cooperate fully with any such process.

We are committed to fair and transparent resolution of all concerns and will always aim to resolve disputes within 5 business days of being notified.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. By using Launchpad services, you agree that any disputes will be subject to South African jurisdiction.

To the extent applicable, our services are subject to the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), No. 68 of 2008. Where any provision of these terms conflicts with the CPA, the CPA shall prevail. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or waive any rights you are entitled to under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
